Background:
Mr. Jessup is well into his tenth year of practicing Oil, Gas and Mineral Law in the
State of Texas. He once worked as a field landman - acquiring leases,
researching title, preparing title runsheets and satisfying title requirements.
Those experiences enriched him with unique insight into the needs of his clients.
Raised in Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas, and with family ties to Hood and
Somervell Counties, Mr. Jessup is very familiar with the people and places of the
emerging Barnett Shale play. Additionally, he has worked extensively throughout
east, southeast and southwest Texas.
